Signing and filling PDF forms
Printing a form just to sign it and scan it back is slow. You can do both directly on the PDF.
Electronic signatures
Draw your signature with a mouse, finger or stylus, then place and resize it anywhere on the page. Combine it with 'sign here' and date flags from the Legal collection to guide other signers.
Filling forms
Many PDFs include fillable fields. PDFinator detects them so you can type answers, tick boxes and choose options. For forms without fields, add text boxes exactly where the answers go.
Good practice
Check every page before sending, keep a copy of the signed file, and use a password when the document contains personal details.
