Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

PDFinator is committed to making its website and editor usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to comply with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, Israeli Standard IS 5568 and WCAG 2.1 level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic structure with headings, landmarks and labelled buttons.
  • Full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast meeting AA requirements in the default theme.
  • Right-to-left and left-to-right support in Hebrew and English.
  • An accessibility menu on every page.

The accessibility menu

Open it with the round button at the bottom corner of the screen. It offers:

  • Text size increase and decrease
  • High contrast, dark contrast, grayscale and inverted colors
  • Link highlighting and a readable font
  • Increased line and letter spacing
  • Big cursor and stopping animations
  • Strong keyboard focus highlight
  • Reset of all settings

Known limitations

The document canvas is a visual editing surface; placing and transforming icons relies primarily on pointer interaction. Uploaded documents are displayed as images, so their inner text is not read by screen readers. We are actively working to improve these areas.
