Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
Welcome to PDFinator. By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
PDFinator provides an online tool for viewing, annotating, cropping and exporting PDF and image files. We may update, add or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to use the service.
3. Free and subscription plans
The basic editor is available free of charge; on the free plan documents are stored only in your browser. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features such as cloud storage and personal icon collections. Prices, billing cycles and cancellation terms are shown at the time of purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
4. Storage limits
Subscriber cloud storage is limited to 512 MB per account, with a maximum of 50 MB per document. We may change these limits with reasonable notice. Files stored only in your browser may be lost if you clear browser data; you are responsible for keeping backups.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the files and content you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your content in order to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory or harmful content;
- attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service's security;
- reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service;
- use the service to distribute malware or spam.
7. Intellectual property
The PDFinator name, logo, software, design and built-in icon library are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Built-in icons may be used within documents you create with the service.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exported documents will meet any particular professional or regulatory requirement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFinator will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, cloud-stored content may be deleted after a reasonable period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
