Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account details: username, email address and display name, or the basic profile shared by Google when you sign in with Google.
• Subscription status and storage usage.
• Technical data such as browser type and error logs, used to keep the service secure and working.

Your documents

Free plan: documents, custom icons and collections are stored only in your browser (IndexedDB) and are never uploaded to our servers.

Subscribers: documents, icons and collections are stored in a private storage area linked to your account. Access is restricted so that only you can read your files.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and accessibility settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, enforce storage limits, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.

Third parties

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication and storage, and on Google for optional sign-in. These providers process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Cloud files are deleted when you delete them or within a reasonable period after account closure. Browser-stored data stays on your device until you remove it.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact support@pdfinator.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-user isolation to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
